Our Exchange and Return Policy

For any exchange of sizes, or return of items. Email us at customerservice@soonlee.sg to request for a return form, fill up and mail item back to us at:

Do note that Order / Shipment / Return confirmation emails may be filtered to the 'Junk/Spam' folder. Do check your 'Spam' folder and mark emails from us (customerservice@soonlee.sg) as 'Not Spam' to avoid miscommunication!

Qualifying conditions:

• Exchanges/Returns are valid for all items except sale and discounted items, bodysuits, swimwear, intimates, hair accessories and earrings.
• Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt, in its original and brand new condition (tags intact, unwashed, unaltered).
• One-for-one exchange size or colour exchange will be processed accordingly. If requested item is unavailable, store credit will be given to you.
• 3-month store credit for all eligible returns. There will be no refunds in cash value.
• You are responsible for the shipping costs of your returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be returned in store credit.
• Please do take a photo or keep proof of return mail to us, in case of lost mail! If shipping items over $75, do consider using a registered trackable shipping service. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
